The Information Services Group (ISG) is responsible for providing authoritative sources of reference data to our clients across the Institutional Client Services (ICG) organization, through implementing state of the art technologies and operational processes which promote the collection, storage, analysis, and distribution of product, pricing, account and corporate action data. Client Onboarding is everything that needs to occur to transform a new business  opportunity from a sales prospect to a revenue generating state.

Working hours: NAM (15:00 - 23:00)

Responsibilities:
  • Compile reports of results which are presented to the wider management team, the ISG Risk and Control Team and form part of our Management Control Assessment (MCA).
  • Maintain a detailed and holistic understanding of the client onboarding processes while adhering to agreed service levels and leading regular service reviews to ensure service levels have been met.
  • Serve as an advisor to cross-functional teams in identifying potential solutions/opportunities to reduce manual touch points and streamline processes.
  • Build and own relationships with the wider Client Onboarding Services Management team globally and advisory teams in Regulatory Reform, Legal, Independent Compliance Risk Management & Operations.
  • Identify and execute operational, client experience and regulatory projects associated to the Onboarding process.
  • Utilize well-developed working knowledge of the business & the upstream and downstream influences.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of professional experience ( Financial services industry experience is preferred) in managing people
  • Excellent communication skills including strong verbal and writing in business English
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Well organized, efficient and able to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail
