For our Client, an international manufacturing company (electronics), we are looking for Candidates for the position of:

Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager

Scope of duties:



  • Develop and implement of quality strategy and plans (including resource, systems, time schedule and financials), to support and integrate within the organization’s short- and long-term business plan,
  • Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards/targets,
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction while driving down costs,
  • Responsible for Customer Quality Relations and to lead Extraordinary Customer Experience (ECE) initiatives,
  • Focal point to manage major customer issues,
  • Responsible for Supplier Quality and development,
  • Interface with Engineering to ensure AQP tools are properly utilized within all new products/programs,
  • Ensure best practices and lessons learned in Quality Department are appropriately transferred across all departments,
  • Being responsible for successful implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System,
  • Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, policies and process


Continuous Improvement:

  • Develop SITE Continuous Improvement Strategy,
  • Organize of manufacturing processes based on Lean Manufacturing Principles,
  • Implement projects which cosist of process optimisation, cost reduction and ergonomy improvement,
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, TPM, VSM, QCO, etc.),
  • Bootlenecks identification and preparying plan to eliminate them,
  • Develop and implement of effective action plans,
  • Effectiveness verification of Continuous Improvement projects,
  • Trainings and workshops deliver and workshops Lean Manufacturing methodology,
  • Establish effective cross department communications,
  • Provides leadership, drives organizational capability, sets objectives and support the creation of development plans for the Quality and Continous Improvement teams, leading to continuous improvement of the processes and the adoption of best practices,
  • Promote a culture that reflects company’s values, encourages outstanding performance and promotes positive work environment, as well as strengthening global team spirit within and across other functions


  • University degree (engineering preferred),
  • 3 years’ experience experience in similar role, experience in similar industry and manufacturing factories,
  • Six Sigma degree is preferable,
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Culturally sensitive
