Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for listening, transcribing, reviewing and evaluating Call Center's calls and emails according specific policies and procedures,
- Verifying the content of messages and agent-customer interactions in accordance with defined policies and procedures,
- Ensuring consistency parameter and interpretation of monitoring calls,
- Analyzing quality results and prepares reports to Manager,
- Recommendation solutions and improvements based on quality monitoring results,
- Providing feedbacks, identifying areas of improvement.
Our requirements
- Fluent French language skills - a must!
- Communicative command of English,
- Ability to focus and pay attention to details,
- Communicative and meticulousness are qualities that distinguish you,
- Availability to work full time,
- Knowledge of MS Office package
