Your responsibilities
Responsibility for listening, transcribing, reviewing and evaluating Call Center's calls and emails according specific policies and procedures,
Verifying the content of messages and agent-customer interactions in accordance with defined policies and procedures,
Ensuring consistency parameter and interpretation of monitoring calls,
Analyzing quality results and prepares reports to Manager,
Recommendation solutions and improvements based on quality monitoring results,
Providing feedbacks, identifying areas of improvement.
Our requirements
Fluent French language skills - a must!
Communicative command of English,
Ability to focus and pay attention to details,
Communicative and meticulousness are qualities that distinguish you,
Availability to work full time,
Knowledge of MS Office package
