Description

 

• Drive, track and run problem resolution teams to permanently close issues, utilising 8D
• Operate as first point of contact for OEM customers
• Investigate warranty claims, ensuring that ownership is disseminated correctly
• Ensure business is operating in line with IATF16949 quality systems.
• Drive the quality management of components and assemblies for new projects; ensuring delivery to the correct quality, number and timescales.
• Utilise APQP and PPAP techniques
• Comfortable liaising with automotive customers and delivering in line with high expectations
• Collate, produce and manage customer and internal KPIs

Profile

• Automotive background
• Excellent problem solving skills encompassing 8D
• Comprehensive knowledge of SPC
• Superb communication with internal and external customers
• Fluency with IATF 16949
