Description
- Drive, track and run problem resolution teams to permanently close issues, utilising 8D
- Operate as first point of contact for OEM customers
- Investigate warranty claims, ensuring that ownership is disseminated correctly
- Ensure business is operating in line with IATF16949 quality systems.
- Drive the quality management of components and assemblies for new projects; ensuring delivery to the correct quality, number and timescales.
- Utilise APQP and PPAP techniques
- Comfortable liaising with automotive customers and delivering in line with high expectations
- Collate, produce and manage customer and internal KPIs
Profile
- Automotive background
- Excellent problem solving skills encompassing 8D
- Comprehensive knowledge of SPC
- Superb communication with internal and external customers
- Fluency with IATF 16949
