Your responsibilities

  • Device and establish quality procedures, standards and specifications

  • Implementation of the quality policy, supervision over the consistency of all quality systems

  • Managing the work of the Quality Department

  • Active support of ensuring ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

  • Support of the HPCE plan for “0 defect”

  • Set standards and procedures for quality to meet international, national requirements

  • Measure quality performance to identify areas of weakness and recommend improvements

  • Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control process

  • Train production lines staff in proper production practices and basic quality assessment to provide best quality products

  • Increasing empowerment and engagement of team members to improve processes and solve the issues

  • Develop tests and measurements methodes to provide reliable and efficient techniques

Our requirements

  • completed technical vocational education and further education as master mechanic/technician (m/f) or comparable education

  • knowledge of metal processing

  • leadership skills and experience

  • solid English language skills

  • 3-5 years experience in quality management

  • knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 requirements

  • knowledge of Lean

  • communication and interpersonal skills

  • analytical and problem-solving ability

  • planning and project management skills

  • the ability to lead and motivate a team

  • statistical analysis skills

  • attention to details

  • customer orientation
