Your responsibilities

  • Lead implementation for Europe Qualityze (internal quality platform) take overall responsibility for daily administration and technical/functional support for Quality Management Systems including user administration, profiles and roles, and platform customization

  • Analyze, understand and translate business needs into technical configurations that administrators and developers can use as guidelines for configuration and/or programming work.

  • Prepare materials and/or conduct end-user training sessions to support use and feature sets for new or updated systems and applications

  • Provides support to users for the technical aspects of application utilities and functions, such as reporting

  • Assess technical requirements of requests and scope for projects and communicate results to business client, project team, and IT counterparts

  • Assist application users by tracking, analyzing and solving user problems based on an understanding of business process workflow within the application

  • Facilitate or participate in testing activities to ensure development work meets user requirements. May develop test script criteria and use cases for functional and end-user testing

  • Prepare materials and/or conduct end-user training sessions to support use and feature sets for new or updated systems and applications

  • Design and manage the development of robust dashboards and reports as well as ad hoc reporting requests

  • Document and maintain process, policies, application configuration, training and help related material for users

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science and/or related field

  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and developer certifications preferred

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the platform is driving efficient productivity, consistency and value across the organization

  • Provide recommendations for process and application improvements utilizing best practices and data management

  • Keep up to date on new apps, features and functionality to recommend and apply improvements to internal business requirements

  • Work as project manager and change manager as needed for small to medium sized projects related to Quality Management Systems.

• Strong data management skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

The Quality Management System Lead Europe is responsible for working with users, stakeholders, other administrators, and Management to drive continuous improvement in the effective use and adoption of the company’s Quality related systems. Responsibilities include configuration, customization, troubleshooting, onboarding activities and general support across all business users. As a functional expert in our quality control and related software, the Quality Management Systems Lead will leverage our systems existing functionality to enable adherence of best in practice quality standards.
