Your responsibilities
Maximize Customer Satisfaction
Manage team of quality engineers and laboratory staff
Assure shipment of products to customers specification and PPAP (SQAM) requirements
Minimize cost of operation in both short and long term timeframe
Analyze key quality metrics related to the Balanced Scorecard and perform periodic reviews to evaluate results and establish action plans to close the gaps at Plant level
Develop and meet Profit Plan and Strategic Plan within quality department
Represent Bielsko-Biala plant on Quality items to external customers, suppliers and outside organizations
Lead the internal Quality Systems Audit program for the organization and manage the corrective action system
Develop methodologies and tools for problem solving, including training to all staff
Our requirements
Min. 4 year-experience as Quality Manager (manufacturing / CI background is a plus)
Master degree, preferably technical / quality management based
Knowledge, experience and certifications with IATF 16949, ISO 4001, VDA, PPAP, APQP, FMEA
Knowledge of CSR- Customer Specific Requirement (automotive)
Fluent English
Problem solving kaizen tools, Six sigma
Ability to lead, motivate and develop people
Strategic approach to work / strong business acumen
Ability to facilitate change / experience in change management

As a Quality Manager, you will be a key member of the plant leadership team and region/division quality team. The position reports directly to the Plant Manager and functionally to the Quality Director based in Tczew, Poland. This role is instrumental to manage quality performance of Bielsko-Biała production plant.
