Quality Manager (electronics industry)

In this role, the Quality Manager will be responsible for establishing quality assurance systems and teams that promote customer satisfaction and positive impact on the financial performance of company. Champion’s continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives to establish an effective Quality Management System.

Essential responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate quality assurance activities in the factory
• Measure and monitor the quality level in the manufacturing area
• Serve as the primary quality control resource for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement
• Manage and develop quality team
• Prepare and deploy area business plan activities
• Continuously work with business leaders to seek and leverage process improvements
• Promote a culture that reflects company’s values, encourages outstanding performance, and promotes positive work environment, as well as strengthening global team spirit within and across other functions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles in an international manufacturing environment, in electronics industry
• Master’s degree in engineering
• Fluent English & Polish
• Demonstrated ability to lead, facilitate, organize, and motivate subordinates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated strategic orientation, approach, mindset with strong business acumen,
• Strong, proven analytical skills and very detail-oriented,
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation
