Quality Manager - FMCG

For our client the international prodction FMCG company, we are looking for a person for the position:

Responsibilites:

• Lead, supervise and manage a framework of food safety quality system
• Manage the direct-reporting personnel, ensuring continuing professional development, training, and overall employee well-being at all facilities
• Provide scientific expertise and serve as an expert for programs and activities related to food safety/microbiology, regulations, and quality systems
• Provide technical oversight and guidance for quality related functions at all manufacturing facilities, co-manufactures and warehouses
• Lead the NPD aspects for testing and releasing new and modified products
• Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and risk management for food safety and quality programs and systems to include, but not limited to, HACCP,
• Preventative Controls, IFS and other BRC-related programs, and customer or 3rd party audit-driven requirements and policies
• Oversee all plant HACCP, pre-requisite quality programs, and all quality/food safety related programs to meet regulatory and/or customer requirements
• Maintain shelf life requirements and monitoring programs to show continuous improvement
• Comprehensive knowledge of statistical process controls. Ability to drive continuous improvement with Quality Programs

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in FMCG or pharma industry
• Min. of 3 year experience in team leader / manager position
• Knowledge and understanding of health authorities requirements and industry standards related to HACCP
• Proficient written and spoken English language skills (international work environment)
