    Quality Manager
    Place of work: Kraków
    Region: małopolskie

    Main duties:

    • Monitor, alert, support & escalate customer satisfaction issues globally
    • Conduct data analysis of customer feedback (complaints) across many different categories and be able to identify and prioritize areas to improve
    • Guarantee quality level for external / internal processes, initiate actions and provide recommendations for processes improvements and wastes elimination
    • Promote and manage the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, Lean 6 sigma, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement
    • Optimize the quality performance (COPQ, FTQ improvement)
    • Manage and monitor key performance metrics for Quality of Operations, Quality System and customer feedback
    • Maintain Merit Quality System
    • Take responsibility for planning, execution and follow-up of (quality) audits
    • Promote and develop proactive Quality culture, actively communicate the importance of Quality and engage the organization, coordinate quality related training according needs
    • Develop proactive solutions and controls efficacy of the actions to close the loop on the found gaps and deviations. Highlight key findings and suggestions to the higher leadership
    • Coordinate Customer Specific Requirements, procedures, specifications and instructions
    • Serves as the quality advisor, initiates process, technology and people oriented change
    • Spread Lean culture across the organization
    • Effective people management and development in the respective areas

    We expect:

    • Master degree in technical faculty
    • At least 3 years of working experience as Quality manager, experience in electronic/ electromechanical manufacturing in automotive will be an advantage
    • Methodical approach to problem solving
    • Working knowledge of Quality Tools
    • Strong customer service focus
    • Fluent English
    • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
    • Creativity and open-mind approach
    • Strong mentoring and team building skills
