For our Client, world leaders in the electronics industry, we are looking for a Quality Manager.
Your responsibilities
- Managing and leading the departments quality management, quality assurance and incoming goods including personnel planning
- Ensuring proper quality assurance processes
- Organizing and accompanying certifications according to ISO 9001/ ISO 13485 & ISO 14001
- Support of supplier audits and product audits, execution of internal and external process audits
- Responsibility for advance quality planning, using Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
- Identification of potential for improvement, including implementing measures for error prevention
- Ensuring proper customer service, including complaint handling using 8D and systematic cause analysis
- Reporting complaint rate, error rate etc. using common procedure for initiation of Kaizen measures
Employer requirements
- Relevant degree or completed apprenticeship
- QM-Auditor (ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015) or quality manager qualification mandatory
- Management experience in relevant environment is mandatory
- Qualification as environmental management officer desirable
- Profound knowledge of QM methods like 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, etc.
- Occasional business travels
- Business fluent English is mandatory, fluent German desirable
- Independence, structured and economic way of thinking and acting
- Confident manner, negotiation skills and excellent communication
