Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

• documentation and updating of existing and new documents and processes,
• managing and cooperation with Quality Engineers,
• acting as the main point of contact for external and internal customer complaints,
• analyzing quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures to improve overall product and process quality and reduce error costs,
• leading and overseeing the deployment and execution of quality policies, objectives and quality initiatives,
• coordination and ownership of all quality-related activities,
• managing of new product introduction,
• supporting Quality Management System maintenance as required,
• achieving quality targets based on financial year goals and drive continuous improvement,
• coordination and hosting of customer audits, inspections and customer visits for the site,
• creating site-specific quality documentation (e.g. inspection plans, work instructions and process descriptions, risk assessments FMEAs),
• ownership of site quality reporting and quality statistics,
• providing training and functional leadership in the application of statistical methods and quality tools throughout the site.
