Implement, develop and create awareness of the internal & external quality standards and ensure adherence throughout the organization;
Define quality strategy and targets, in alignment with Kuehne+Nagel Business Manager and customers' requirements;
Establish a close working relationship with the customer and other LSPs quality representatives and other relevant functions;
Organize and perform audits (internal/external) in line with customer requirements;
Support development and implementation of WI's and SOP's using advanced knowledge of GxP and industry standards;
Identify strategic weak points of the quality system and development of improvement measures in close cooperation with Continuous Improvement management;
Establish GxP training program including training plan, training matrix, and follow-up's;
Ensure that a GxP quality system is implemented and maintained for the customer, according to the WHO GDP guidelines;
5 years' experience in a Quality Management role, preferably in pharmaceutical sector;
Higher education in logistics, transport technology, or engineering along with relevant quality management certifications (i.e. TUV, Bureau Veritas, Dekra);
Knowledge of ISO 9001 & GDP standards (EU Guideline, WHO Technical series) with a thorough understanding of GxP standards;
Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders on all level, both internally and externally;
Analytical mindset with attention to details;
Ability to work under pressure;
Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a willingness to travel as required.

As a Quality Manager, you are responsible for providing expertise and necessary controls in the supply chain process, in the area of quality and compliance within the Pharma & Healthcare supply chain. You will implement and oversee a quality management system in line with GxP standards, to meet both internal and external customer-specific requirements. Reporting directly to the Business Manager of Kuehne+Nagel Integrated Logistics, you will work closely with the Excellence Management, Performance Management, and Business Analytics to steer the Kuehne+Nagel integrated Logistic quality standards globally.
