Your responsibilities
- Ensuring the proper functioning of Quality Management System and Environmental Management System (ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16 949:2016 / ISO 14 001:2015)
- Responsibility for the standardization of quality systems;
- Supervision of system documentation;
- Taking responsibility of production analysis data base;
- Participation in audits and representing the company before control authorities, customers;
- Taking and managing corrective and preventive actions after the audits;
- Cooperation with other departments to ensure the correct operation of the systems;
- Training of internal auditors and personnel in the field of ISO 9001:2015/IATF 16949:2015, VDA 6.3;
- Managing a team of subordinate employees.
Our requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Quality Department, the position of team leader is welcome;
- Knowledge of the IATF 16949:2016 standard required, knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14 001:2015 is welcome;
- Being an internal auditor (preferably 16 949:2016 / VDA 6.3);
- Experience in conducting internal audits (quality systems, process);
- Knowledge of electrical engineering is welcome;
- Responsibility and diligence;
- Ability to work in a team and manage a team;
- Readiness for business trips - Asian countries;
- Very good command of the English language.
