    Quality Systems Coordinator
    Location: Legnica

    Your tasks will be:

    • Provide support to all departments in implementing and managing QMS
    • Support and control implementation of new and revised quality documentation
    • Follow-up the implementation and effectiveness of the corrective actions and opportunities for improvement identified during the audits
    • Run or participate in training of staff in the requirements of the QMS
    • Lead the preparation, planning and follow up of internal and external audits
    • Work with Department Managers and Supervisors to draft and update procedures, forms, and work instructions in compliance with the IATF quality management system standard
    • Timely reporting and create and use databases to track, manage, and control Quality Management System documents

    We expect from you:

    • Min. 3 years of experience in quality system management in automotive industry is mandatory
    • Practical experience in quality system implementation
    • Good understanding of IATF, ISO/TS 16949 requirements; experience in VDA will be an asset
    • English language skill, to be used on a daily basis, native Polish
    • Expertise in executing goals and meeting the need of the clients
    • Proficiency in analyzing and solving problems; initiative in daily actions
    • Outstanding human relation skills evident in the ability to work with the team and clear communication and execution
    • Strong ability to give attention to details, as well as tested organizational skills
