Market Data Analysis and Management (MDAM) is responsible for the governance of Front Office market data and is part of the Quantitative Strategies group within CRO. The team collaborates with various functions, including Front Office Traders, COOs, Quants and IT, to ensure there is adequate documentation and controls around the market data used in end of day risk and PnL. As part of this effort they drive the requirements of key data quality tools including the Market Data Dashboard and Data Dictionary. MDAM is a global team with members in Wroclaw, London and New York.

  • You will participate in transformation projects to improve the end of day Market Data process and platform front to back
  • You will implement new controls and governance in coordination with trading and COO organizations to provide best practice data management
  • You will drive the development of new technology tools to monitor and enrich Market Data including a Data Dashboard and Data Dictionary
  • You will provide subject matter expertise on market data issues that impact trading and risk management
  • You will deliver solutions to industry mandated initiatives including CCAR and FRTB via coordinated understanding of regulatory landscape and CS infrastructure

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience working with end of day price / risk management and business process
  • Strong subject matter expertise across product lines on multiple exchange traded and derivative products
  • Experience working across the full lifecycle of technology development including drafting of business requirement documents
  • Ability to operate independently delivering value on projects and collaborating with senior staff front to back
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills to propose solutions to complex business problems
