For one of our Client which is well-known company in the area of engineering in Cracow, we are looking for candidates for the position of Quotation Specialist with German.

Your responsibilities
International customer support
Quotation preparation, price calculations incl. quotation follow-up
Order entry incl. all accompanying activities
Active customer processing
Ensuring and safeguarding a high level of customer satisfaction
Master data processing and price updating
Complaint processing (from acceptance to customer communication)
Support of the outside sales representatives
Collaboration logistics and production departments
Assistance in optimization of work
Employer requirements
University degree
Experience in procurement, customer support or logistic area
Advanced level of German
Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
Knowledge of MS Office and ERP system (such as Oracle or SAP)
Ability to work effectively in a team
Good communication as well problem solving skills
Professional attitude
