For our client, international engineering company, we are looking for the candidates who would like to join new R&D center in Cracow
Your responsibilities
Establishment and management of a local development team for moulding of cable accessories out of EPDM and silicones and the casting of products out of epoxy resin for cable accessories for medium voltage applications
Production of functional prototypes: definition of the mould, running-in and optimization of the processes in combination with the product design and the material
Casting of products out of epoxy resin for cable accessories: running-in and optimization of the processes in combination with the product design and the resin
Quality assurance and documentation tests for dimensions, mechanical and electrical parameters
Leading and managing the team
Evaluation, documentation and presentation of the development tasks in a global development team
Preparation of technical documentation and evaluations
Interdisciplinary cooperation in a global development team
Employer requirements
Master's or graduate engineer (FH/ TU) in mechanical engineering, plastics technology or process technology
Several years of professional experience in the field of elastomeric moulding
At least 6 years of managerial experience
Experience in an international company
Flexibility for a wide range of tasks
Solid PC skills (MS Office) ·Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Independent and structured way of working, results driven working behaviour
Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, self-motivation
