Your responsibilities
- Partner with R&D Director, developers and sales support team to understand user and system requirements,
- Write and maintain documentation, including requirements and user guides,
- Work in close cooperation with R&D team within an agile framework (scrum) in order to deliver project on time with good quality,
- Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules
- Planning release windows and cycles across portfolios,
- Managing relationships working on interrelated processes,
- Manage deliveries/changes: design and track project milestones with project managers, ensuring that requirements are known and well understood by R&D team,
- Conducting release readiness and milestone reviews,
- Agree priorities with stakeholders based on milestones and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders,
- Collecting, reviewing and reporting statuses of projects,
- Accountability for effective root cause investigation, problem resolution and implementation, driving R&D team to contribute to problem management appropriately and within required timeframes to achieve the outcomes,
- ensure effective communication flow regarding problem management between R&D and Support team.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field,
- 3+ years experience in one of the area: technical product management, release management, problem management, technical project management,
- Basic knowledge and understanding of how electronic devices work, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), software development principles, release project management,
- Experience/knowledge in the following areas is a plus: home automation, building automation systems, User Interface design, computer programming, embedded programming, electronics, web/mobile apps development, computer networking, audio/video streaming, wireless technologies, smart grid technology, cyber security, home security systems, residential HVAC systems, electrical wiring,
- Advanced English,
- Experience in working with the end-customer and market data analysis.
- Entrepreneurial behavior, analytical skills and outside the box thinking,
- Ability to build consensus across team of engineers to achieve goals,
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a small, fast-paced environment.
