Your responsibilities
Technical leader is a member of project team (lead R&D contributors) and being in charge of product development;
He/She collaborate with the contributors who bring additional expertise to their respective technical fields (CAD/CAE, Laboratory, System engineering, SW Engineering, HW engineering, EMC… etc);
Customer contact for technical, Mechanical and electrical/electronic aspects of the project, negotiating specification and validation scope;
Understanding and applying all technical and electrical/electronic requirements from the customer to support the project;
Preparing and updating all technical documents;
Leading and implementing the DFMEA corrective actions;
Conducting the design reviews;
Ordering prototype and launching tests;
Analyzing the data and ensuring the specifications are met;
Ensure project targets are met (Quality, Cost, Planning);
Regular contact with the team and OEM experts.
Our requirements
Engineering degree in mechanics, electronics or mechatronics;
Min. 2 - 3 years of experience on a similar position in R&D Department;
Experience in automotive is a strong plus;
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings;
Knowledge of electronic metrology will be an advantage;
Knowledge of automotive communication standards (LIN, CAN, FlexRay) will be additional advantage;
Fluent English;
Customer and result orientation;
Teamwork spirit, proactive attitude and multitasking ability.
