R2R Expert - Audit Coordinator

Your responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for auditors

  • Participate in audit planning and kick-off, communicate status to Management, share results with stakeholders, report on issues and track remediation.

  • Receive and distribute audit questions to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate responses to auditor requests with stakeholders and ensure evidences are attached to the audit tool.

  • Perform quality check on evidence submitted prior to auditor review.

  • Monitor audit progress and keep audit due dates and deliverables on track.

  • Keep all stakeholders (including non-GFI in country stakeholders) informed on upcoming deliverables and timelines.

  • Prepare status reports for Management.

  • Escalation management and follow-up with local Management if audit requests are untimely.

  • Repository maintenance (e.g. Deloitte Connect) for audit related documentation and user maintenance in SAP/enablers/tools.

Our requirements

  • University degree preferable in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics or relevant degree.

  • Several years of experience in general accounting and/or auditing.

  • Experience in group coordination.

  • Very good knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.

  • Ability to deal with senior stakeholders within and outside of the organization.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

  • Knowledge of Bayer organization

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, initiative and reliability.

  • Ability to work through ambiguity and usage of sound judgement in making decisions.

  • Very good communication and organization skills.
