Your responsibilities
You will work with an organised and methodical approach, demonstrating high levels of initiative and strong drive for results;
Being comfortable & competent with rigorous analysis to drive decisions you will be confident to present your recommendations;
You will be competent in using MS office packages, with Excel skills to a minimum intermediate level;
An understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management and stock accuracy would be an advantage
Our requirements
What’s the role about?
Reporting to the Product Availability Manager, you will be responsible for managing the supply of raw materials and packaging to the Nowa Sol production site, to ensure the production plan is met whilst also ensuring demand requirements & inventory targets are achieved. By understanding & analysing a range of factors including customer forecasts, supplier lead times, minimum order quantities, shipping methods, storage constraints & production requirements, you will manage the life cycle of the products in your area from concept to run out, providing clear communication and always minimizing exposure. Developing & maintaining supplier relationships to ensure that communication & supply of information is always at the highest level is a critical part of this role. You will also have the opportunity to identify and implement initiatives to optimize stock holding & ensure that initiatives are tracked & the expected benefit is delivered.
