Real Estate Developer (Office/Hotel)

Responsibilities: 

Project Development

• Development of an optimal project concept in cooperation with all project participants
• Definition of the marketing strategy together with the Leasing Manager
• Realization of optimal  land use (coordination with authorities, implementation of all procedures, coordination of urban development contracts)
• Coordination of all commercial, legal and technical services (project overview and coordination partner) 
• Support in concluding contracts (e.g. leasing, general planner, general contractor, brokerage agency…..)
• Update of the feasibility including the opportunity and risk analyses 
• Implementation of the relevant corporate guidelines (inteamconcept etc.)
• Compilation of the project team and creation of all necessary framework conditions
• Market screening and analysis of investors, addressing investors in coordination with the Business Unit Manager 
• Organisation of the divestment of commercial properties (preparation of VDR,…) 
• Conducting and coordinating of negotiations and drawing up essential project-related contracts, such as leases (hotel operators) and sales
• Providing the basis for correct cost monitorung and reporting (including the forecast ) during the entire project  
• Participation in the continuous improvement process ("lessons learned")

Leadership

• Superordinate coordination of personnel deployment (resource management) 
• Superordinate involvement in personnel planning and selection 
• Superordinate staff information 
• Conducting periodical employee appraisals
• Recognizing and promoting further training needs among employees
