ArchiDoc S.A., a member of OEX Group, is a leader of outsourcing solutions in the scope of document management.

Currently we are looking for a person to take on a full time position of a
Receptionist
in one of its locations in Krakow (Cracow)
Duties:
  • to welcome and greet guests who visit our office
  • to answer telephone and refer inquiries and pass on messages
  • take care of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • order necessary couriers for documents and packages
  • copying and scanning of necessary documents
  • ad hoc admin
  • arranging travel and hotel accommodation for staff
  • ordering of necessary office products and stationery
  • maintaining a safe and clean reception and complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • preparing caterings when requested
Requirements:
  • excellent organizational skills
  • good knowledge of English
  • be confident but warm and approachable with a flexible approach
  • excellent attention to detail
  • ability to work alone with initiative
  • be proficient on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • open and friendly with excellent manners
  • extramural students also welcomed
