Receptionist

We are currently looking for a skilled passionate professional to join our Administration Department for full time job.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing full front desk support to internal and external guests
  • Providing assistance to all documentation using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other utilities
  • Registering incoming invoices/documents and distributing them to the relevant departments
  • Preparing outgoing post
  • Receiving and connecting telephone calls
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Supporting in regular contact with external suppliers and vendors
  • Coordinating internal meetings and arrange logistics
  • Coordinating activities of cleaning / service staff
  • Providing occasional support in administrative tasks for other departments
  • Perform various administrative tasks according to the needs of the unit as well as facility maintaining, travel arrangements, purchase orders, car fleet.

Required qualifications:

  • Strong presentational skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with an ability to self-manage and self-motivate as required
  • A good command of English
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Flexible and very well organized person with a knowledge of how to prioritize and plan ahead
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to act on ad-hock tasks
  • Multitasking and proactive attitude
