    About the job

    Job Purpose
    Providing a welcoming focal point for all visitors and present the reception area in a friendly, courteous and professional manner providing the highest of level of customer care so as to project the required image to all users.                    

    Key Accountabilities

    Reception Area

    • Take care of Reception Area including meeting and greeting all Fujitsu guests
    • Keeping Reception Area clean and tidy
    • Maintain the reception area so it is always well presented
    • Issue and control the visitor passes and Fujitsu visitor’s book, ensure that clients are swiftly meet by their host and are escorted at all times

     Employee Relations

    • Establish effective day-to-day business relationships within the staff, and where possible be responsive to their needs
    • Assist and support the Site Facilities management
    • Act as full back-up for colleague in reception area to cover absence
    • Answers questions and explains procedures related to the site
    • Company Correspondence
    • Send all company correspondence, order the courier company
    • Understand all H&S procedures associated with reception
    • Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Site Facilities team as appropriate
    • Various miscellaneous projects and duties as requested by the FM
    • Manage and administer the conference room bookings support

    Requirements

    Key Skills & Qualifications

    • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office
    • Excellent approach to Business Model and working under SLA Requirements
    • Strong Customer Relationship – able to establish quick working relationships with customer.
    • Excellent communication – ability to communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and managers
    • Excellent problem solving
    • Drive and determination
    • Initiative to constantly improve solution methods
    • Flexible approach and working well under pressure
    • Time Management
    • Ability to prioritise tasks
    • Team Working – team player
    • Understanding of business continuity process
    • English- communicative level ( at least B2)
