    Receptionist - Office Assistant

    Job description:

    As a Receptionist/Office Assistant you are responsible for delivering professional services to the customers, its employees and guests.

    The ideal candidate:

    • Lives in close or not-so-far-away area from M1 (Marki/Ząbki)
    • Has at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist.
    • Has at least a very good command in English.
    • Has an experience in coordinating business trips within and outside the country
    • Has experience of working with computer.
    • Has passion for service, high energy level and a positive attitude for working.
    • Is flexible and not afraid of handling other tasks that is required within the site.

    As a receptionist/office assistant your main tasks will be to:

    • Deliver a professional reception service to our Customer, its employees and guests.
    • Check-in and check-out and contact with visitors.
    • Arrival and departure assistance, e.g. ordering of taxi and directions.
    • Mail service which includes: e.g. sort, track and trace mail.
    • Provide proffessional switchboard operator service.
    • Run the help-desk function.
    • Handle at the time occurring internal administration as well as having contact with colleagues and 
      company's suppliers.
    • Provide conference and meeting services within the office (rooms, equipment, catering)
    • Make sure the proper documents work flow between sites and internally
    • Coordinate business trips within and outside the country,
    • Effective office administration (ordering of office supplies, cleaning and courier services management)
    • Make sure office equipment is up and running
    • Support in the research for the best office services suppliers
    • Control an office budget (yearly review of cooperation conditions with office services suppliers)
    • Pther tasks requested by the manager
