We are currently looking for talented individuals to grow with our team as:

Receptionist (part-time job)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Front Desk on a daily basis
  • Welcoming and taking care of visitors and candidates in a professional and friendly manner
  • Cooperating with landlord and building suppliers (informing about all expected visitors/deliveries, reporting technical problems)
  • Cooperating with Facility Lead in terms of facilities and health & safety matters, preserving the good condition of the office space
  • Be the point of contact in matters related to the office
  • Supporting Finance and HR teams
  • Coordinating incoming and outcoming calls & emails
  • Coordinating incoming and outcoming post correspondence (preparing, receiving, registering, visiting Post Office, ordering courier etc.)
  • Taking care of access cards and new employees (updating database, preparing and distributing swipe cards to new hires)
  • Maintaining internal communication with all employees regarding daily office life, managing deliveries, taking care of office supplies etc.
  • Organizing business travels for employees and Clients coming to Poland (searching and booking flights and hotels, organizing taxi transfers etc.)
  • Taking care of Client’s visits (offering assistance with hotel, ordering business lunches, being open for assistance in case of any extra requests during their visits)
  • Providing help and assistance to all employees and guests when required

What you need to do the job:

  • Have a good command of English (both spoken and written; B2+ level)
  • Possess good communication and organisational skills
  • Have good command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other Windows-based applications
  • Enjoy working with people and learning new things
  • Are open-minded, proactive and supportive
