Answering calls and e-mails;
Entrance cards distribution.
Has +2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar area;
Has a working knowledge of office administration;
Communicates in English on B2 level;
Has Bachelor degree;
Knows how to use Office 365 in practice;
Presents excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Is well organized and customer oriented;
Is focused on implementation the best solutions and driving for results;
Enjoys working with people;
Is a team player who proactively collaborates and strives for solutions which are win-win-win for the company, for the colleagues and for himself / herself;
Quickly moves ideas to action.
