    Due to dynamic course of our Integrated Facilities Management service line and to provide our Client an efficient and effective reception service, acting as the initial representative of clients to visitors in a friendly and helpful manner, we are looking for:

    Purpose of Role:

    • Ensuring customer focused service with agreed specification and service levels,
    • Developing & maintaining relationship with Mastercard clients and customers,
    • Providing core reception services & supporting the C&W Office Supervisor,
    • Provide high quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

    Operational Duties:

    • Managing visitors’ entry accordingly with venue process,
    • Reception tasks: catering activities, meeting rooms reservations, booking and receiving mail through courier companies,
    • General administration duties: keeping the contact with mobile operator, placing orders for office and food items,
    • Maintaining relationships with clients, local management and service providers,
    • Daily room inspections and issues reporting to the Office Supervisor,
    • Support in emergency evacuation in capacity as fire marshal,
    • Communication chain management, either through internal / external mail,
    • Initiating cost, quality, and client satisfaction tasks,
    • Assisting in monitoring outsourced contractors.

    Desired skills:

    • Highly communicative with good command of spoken/written English&Polish,
    • Good base knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word),
    • Reception experience most welcome or experiences working in a customer service environment,
    • Anticipation, analytical skills, problem solving attitude,
    • General awareness of workplace health and safety,
    • Team player but able to operate independently with set standard.
