Your responsibilities

  • Managing the full cycle recruitment processes in Poland and abroad within our new e-commerce project (mostly in EMEA region, diverse business areas and levels)- E2E responsibility- from posting through interviews to hiring,

  • Maintaining excellent candidate and hiring manager experience,

  • Building and maintaining good relations with Candidates, Hiring Managers and Team members,

  • Active direct search- we wanna find the best talents! 😊

  • Preparing attractive job advertisements and posts on Social media,

  • Managing data in ATS system on a daily basis,

  • Supporting HR department in a daily tasks,

  • Participating in other HR projects,

  • Acting as a Menlo ambassador- promote company’s reputation as “the best place to work”

Our requirements

  • Hands-on experience in leading recruitment projects (minimum 2 years)-must-have, ideally in e-commerce area internationally- preferred,

  • Hands-on experience in direct search,

  • Fluency in Polish and English is a must-have (B2+ minimum), fluency in other EU languages would be an advantage,

  • Excellent task prioritization,

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn,

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment,

  • Successes in closing recruitments in a short time,

  • Master’s or Bachelor degree
