Managing the full cycle recruitment processes in Poland and abroad within our new e-commerce project (mostly in EMEA region, diverse business areas and levels)- E2E responsibility- from posting through interviews to hiring,
Maintaining excellent candidate and hiring manager experience,
Building and maintaining good relations with Candidates, Hiring Managers and Team members,
Active direct search- we wanna find the best talents! 😊
Preparing attractive job advertisements and posts on Social media,
Managing data in ATS system on a daily basis,
Supporting HR department in a daily tasks,
Participating in other HR projects,
Acting as a Menlo ambassador- promote company’s reputation as “the best place to work”

Hands-on experience in leading recruitment projects (minimum 2 years)-must-have, ideally in e-commerce area internationally- preferred,
Hands-on experience in direct search,
Fluency in Polish and English is a must-have (B2+ minimum), fluency in other EU languages would be an advantage,
Excellent task prioritization,
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn,
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment,
Successes in closing recruitments in a short time,
Master’s or Bachelor degree
