Conducting briefing meetings with managers to understand the requirements of different roles
Writing attractive job ads
Creating recruitment plans to ensure target lead times
Utilizing appropriate sourcing channels and ensuring suitable candidate generation
Screening candidate applications
Using appropriate personality questionnaires and ability tests (SHL)
Supporting recruitments with chosen tools (Workday, RecRight)
Communicating proactively with candidates, managers and HR colleagues
Taking part in other talent attraction activities
You will succeed in this role if you have suitable education, a couple of years of relevant experience and good communication skills in English and Polish and one of the European languages. German language skill is an advantage. You know what it takes to run smooth recruitment process and how to use different online tools for excellent candidate experience. With great networking skills, you can easily navigate in our matrix organization and make an influence on recruitment decisions. You are also willing and able to travel when needed.

We are seeking for a proactive and enthusiastic recruiter to join Valmet HR organization in Central Europe to strengthen our recruiting team in the area. You will have an important role to consult and support managers with recruitments for variable roles. Dependent on your location, you will be mainly focusing on white and blue collar recruitments in central European countries but support also other EMEA countries if needed.
