Your responsibilities
Managing the full life cycle of the recruitment processes – from creating the proper sourcing strategy and conducting searches with available tools, interviewing and assessing candidates, negotiating offers and pre-boarding;
Source passive talent through a variety of channels and using diverse sourcing tools and techniques
Delivering positive candidate experience during the whole recruitment process
Supporting our international candidates with all the necessary paperwork (work permits)
Contribute to other HR’ projects and processes
Our requirements
3 + years of experience in conducting end-to end recruitment processes (preferably gamedev/IT)
Excellent interpersonal skills (communication & listening skills, networking, negotiation skills)
Drive to get things done, takes ownership
Thinking outside the box, coming up with new, innovative ways to drive effectiveness
Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of Polish labor law

Full-time job with a contract of employment, possibility of working remotely

Who are we looking for?
Your main responsibility will be conducting recruitment (end-to-end, including sourcing) and pre-boarding activities. You will be supporting our international candidates with all the necessary paperwork and help them to settle in Gamesture. You will be a part of a small team of experts in the area of office, HR, finance and law and support various HR projects and initiatives.
