Sourcing and management of candidate pools,
Identify and approach active and passive candidates through internal and external channels to fill positions in a timely manner,
Build and maintain candidate pools and talent pipelines,
Conduct telephone/video interviews prior to candidate forwarding to Hiring Manager (shortlist)
Act as first point of contact for applicants,
Communicate with Hiring Managers regarding the status of the recruiting process Maintain and leverage a recruiting network,
Assurance of high-quality service,
Responsibility for achievement of target KPIs,
Maintain current knowledge of current labor market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligence,
Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders,
Offer letter draft and submission,
Pre-boarding and on-boarding related tasks,
Onboarding documents and employment contract submission,
HR administrative tasks
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology…or similar,
Fluent English and Polish,
At least 1 years of recruitment experience with sourcing expertise,
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement,
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results,
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management,
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
