Your responsibilities

  • Perform sourcing and screening of candidates' resumes;

  • Establishing, in agreement with the client the job description and the profile for the most suitable candidates;

  • Scheduling and performing phone / face-to-face / video interviews with the candidates;

  • Participate and organize recruitment events;

  • Offering feedback to candidates;

  • Reporting periodically the recruitment work and status;

  • Creating and updating a database of candidates, for each position.

Our requirements

  • Previous experience in the area of recruitment is required;

  • Capable of taking action quickly and thinking strategically, even in ambiguous situations;

  • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities;

  • Knowledge of English B2 at least;

  • Positive attitude and thinking outside the box;

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail;

  • Good knowledge of MS Office;

  • Experience in direct search, using Social Media;

  • Other foreign languages;
