We are working in partnership with a multinational payment and transactional services company and due to continued growth are looking for experienced recruiters to join the team focusing on the UK market.
You will be responsible for driving the full end to end recruitment cycle for our client.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Experience in IT recruitment in the UK market
- Experience working directly with Hiring Managers
- Used to complex processes
- Proactive attitude with the solution-driven mindset
- Self-motivated
- The collaborative approach, able to work in a team as well as independently
Work place: Gdańsk or Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Create job descriptions based on the requirements provided by Hiring Managers
- Advising on recruitment strategies
- Qualifying applicants through the use of interviewing techniques and skill assessment testing
- Managing the relationship with Client Hiring Managers, acting as a true partner and advisor
- Conducting interviews and assessments, including personality assessment tests and feedback sessions
- Sharing expertise regarding the assessments of the candidates with hiring managers
- Sharing expertise on markets recruited for and talent pool
- Providing feedback to the sourcing team and regularly updating the ATS
- Managing offer negotiations process
