Every recruitment process starts with an extensive intake meeting to make sure you understand the ideal candidate profile
You will determine and implement creative recruiting strategies to create a qualified and diverse candidate pool. Part of that will also be posting the job via our Workday system in different channels
Proactively you will source candidates to build a network and talent pipelines in Beamery
You will be pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates via Microsoft Teams and advising hiring managers throughout the selection process until making the final offer
To be successful, you will need to build strong relationships with your Global Talent Acquisition team in EMEA, with multiple stakeholders in HR in the different countries and with the hiring managers toward a positive candidate experience
You will be responsible to oversee the quality and compliance of the recruiting process from end to end and will continue to make Wolters Kluwer a Diverse and Inclusive workplace where all are welcome
We will need you to always think of identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency and share your ideas
It is pivotal that you regularly gather market insight to make recommendations to hiring managers and HR team
You will be asked to lead the recruitment agency processes when needed
Next to that you will work together with your colleagues in the virtual EMEA talent acquisition team based in Romania, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy and the Netherlands. You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence in a matrix organization and reporting to our EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager based in the Netherlands. When we fully return back to office, you will be based in our Warsaw office with the option to work from home as well.
You are always thinking how you are going to create the best experience for both the candidate and your hiring managers. Since you start working from home you must have the ability to work on your own and be self-sufficient. Of course we would expect from you that you have excellent negotiation skills and that you are able to effective strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business related field
5 years of talent acquisition experience with ideally experience in a global technology and/or software and solutions company
5 years’ experience in recruiting Sales, Technology, Professional & Customer Services profiles
demonstrated strong customer facing skills with evidence of proven ability to build trusted recruitment relationships with hiring managers
excellent follow through and sense of urgency
adaptability and flexibility to change with a strong ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects
Polish native plus fluent English
