    Role summary

    BAE Systems Applied Intelligence requires a Recruiter to be dedicated to resourcing critical staff for one or more of our key domains. You will hold responsibility for managing, delivering and meeting the high numbers of our recruitment requirements, in the UK and Europe. This is a hands-on permanent role sourcing high volumes of extremely technical talent, so previous IT/technology industry recruitment experience is essential.

    What you’ll be doing 

    • Managing the end to end recruitment activities, directly sourcing high volumes of technical talent to ensure the successful delivery of the highest quality of candidates.
    • Actively building talent pipelines for future requirements.
    • Ensuring you meet headcount requirements set by the business by delivering an excellent recruitment service.
    • Identifying and developing the best sourcing strategies with the support of the recruitment team, while managing the balance of direct, referral and agency candidates.
    • Building effective and credible relationships with your key stakeholders across multiple locations.
    • Accurately producing management information reports on candidate pipelines, hire data and various other ad-hoc reports.
    • Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure the best possible candidate experience.
    • Participate in the agency supplier review process.

    What we’re looking for


    • Successful track record of directly sourcing industry related technical candidates and consultants covering one or more of the following areas:  Software Application support and design, IT Solution Architects, Data Analytics, technical consulting.
    • Experience pro-actively sourcing candidates and managing external suppliers and direct candidates, which will require excellent candidate management skills.
    • Strong customer facing skills with evidence of proven ability to build trusted recruitment relationships with senior line managers.
    • A good understanding of the Professional Services Market, such as IT or Management Consulting.
    • Attention to detail, with experience in working with MS Office applications such as Excel.
    • A team player with a flexible and supportive approach.


    • Educated to degree level or similar.
    • International experience of recruiting in Poland and the wider Europe.
    • Prior experience using a. Application Tracking System such as SAP SuccessFactors.
