Your responsibilities

Active engagement in recruitment projects for high-level positions in terms of the following:

• Developing and implementing proactive market research and sourcing strategies that utilize social networking, social media recruitment channels, as well as corporate tools and technologies

• Contacting, interviewing and initial selection and recommendation of candidates

• Preparing project documentation (e.g. candidate reports and notes, job specifications etc.) in English, providing content contribution

• Working with databases and recruitment systems (ATS)

• Organizing and coordinating business meetings

Conducting market research and developing reports containing market insights tailored for specific industries

Contributing to BD activities through market analysis and sector understanding

Engagement in EB activities: maintaining a good Company image, proactively promoting the Kienbaum brand

Building mutually beneficial relationships with Candidates, implementing procedures for improving the Candidate Experience

Continuous improvement orientation for all related processes

Our requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience (preferably in executive search/ recruitment/ HR advisory) with several years of experience in a managerial role with responsibility for financial results

  • Knowledge of recruitment/ talent acquisition/ HR advisory methods, standards and best practices

  • Excellent relationship-building and effective communication skills

  • Strong project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills

  • Able to work under time pressure, goal-oriented and professional

  • Demonstrating initiative and engagement, self-driven and taking ownership

  • Creative and solution-oriented

  • Curious and open to continuous learning, demonstrating agility and adaptability to changing market conditions

  • Discreet, able to keep confidentiality of recruitment process, with high work ethics & personal integrity

  • English proficiency (min. C1 level) in speaking and writing

  • Digital tools and new technologies savvy

  • Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Knowledge of online communicators (Zoom, MS Teams, Skype)
