Your responsibilities
Due to a strategic growth plan within EMEA, we have openings for Recruiters to join us at different seniority levels
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and submitting the candidates to our clients. You will get exposure to many different sectors and get a chance to know many businesses across EMEA region.
• Sourcing and attracting talent,
• Conduct screening with suitable candidates,
• Creating job postings and build candidate pipelines.
• Cooperating with clients and internal colleagues form different regions,
• Optimising recruitment process,
• Keeping detailed records and information of past applicants in JobDiva recruitment system.
Our requirements
At least 1 year of experience in similar position,
Fluent English (any other European language an advantage, but not essential)
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Boolean, X-Ray search,
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
