For our Client we are currently looking for: 

Recruiter/Talent Research Analyst with English
Location: Wrocław
RTRA/WROCLAW/2015

As Talent Research Analyst, you will work directly with end clients and indeed our EP recruiters to deliver consistent, high-quality research on projects that allow us to identify and attract top talent in short time frames. In this role, you will have an excellent opportunity to work across boundaries (geography, industry and level) and represent a pre-eminent Strategic Consultancy. This is an exciting position for an experienced, commercial, ambitious and driven researcher with a career routes into a broader Recruitment role.

Responsibilities:

  • Turn profile requirements into effective  name generation sourcing strategies, identifying industries and companies to focus on and functions and skills to target
  • Identify prospective targets using LinkedIn, internal databases and other sourcing tools and build profiles of targeted individuals
  • Create reports to share your hard work with clients and maintain and update candidate records in our application tracking system
  • Develop the skills and capabilities of other members of the wider recruiting community
  • Keep abreast of cutting-edge Talent Research methodologies  (attend knowledge training days, collect intelligence from the marketplace, identify trends and patterns)

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of recruiting research experience, ideally gained while working within an executive search or corporate recruiting function on international roles
  • Strong working knowledge of leveraging social networking sites to identify top talent, e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, etc
  • Proven track record of innovation in identifying talent
  • Goal driven, able to pro-actively take initiative and comfortable working with minimal direction and ambiguity
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, and able to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables
  • Strong client services orientation
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent English (at least C1 level)
