Your responsibilities

  • Preparing the recruitment ads and the newsletters for the existing open roles and post them on recruitment websites, professional networks
  • Sourcing profiles from relevant channels of recruitment subscribed by organization
  • Screening applications and selecting candidates
  • Conducting first interviews with selected candidates
  • Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
  • Coordinating referral process of applicants
  • Communicating regularly and effectively with all stakeholders (including candidates, Hiring Managers, HR team members, Agencies) to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience
  • Utilizing recruiting database(s) and tools
  • Conducting and distributing recruitment reports on a regular basis
  • Providing external marketplace information to HRBP’s
  • Ensuring to hire quality candidates within defined timelines using appropriate channels
  • Supervise and take part in the pre-onboarding process, adapting to the needs and looking for new trends and solutions
  • Developing the employment salary offer for the selected candidates and send the official offer letters to candidates
  • Maintaining the candidate’s database with up-to-date information
  • RMS - implementation and management of the program for the recruitment process
  • Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures

Our requirements

  • Experience within in-house/agency recruitment min 2 years, preferably in a multi-national organization
  • University Degree
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and data management/reporting techniques
  • Preferred understanding of: the company’s business objectives and organizational structure, recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures, requested recruiting profiles, external marketplace/trends, recruiting tools, recruiting resources
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills; can articulate a clear message and tailored approach to various audiences across communication channels
  • Strong organization and time-management skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to analyze information and processes and draw accurate conclusions
  • Result-oriented and able to measure the performance
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • MS Office and Social Media
