For our client - a global telecommunication leader, We are looking for an Recruiter to join the HR team at Warsaw, As a key member of our motivated and multicultural team, you will handle the end-to-end recruitment processes in alignment with the company growth plans.

Your responsibilities

  • Conducting the whole cycle of recruitment processes in line with the current needs of the Company (mostly hiring for expert positions)

  • Source top talent and ICT experts using a wide range of techniques including headhunting, direct sourcing, and networking

  • Managing entire hiring cycle, including defining recruitment strategy based on role requirements, raising requisitions, sourcing, screening, providing feedback, calculating and extending job offers

  • Close collaboration with hiring managers and other team members in terms of ensuring a high-quality recruitment process

  • Cooperation with recruitment agencies and other external vendors

  • Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, using job sites and social media such as LinkedIn

  • Preparation of recruitment reports and investigation about the ICT talent pool in the technology market

  • Other HR tasks arranged by HR manager

Employer requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment

  • Fluency in English and Polish both written and spoken min. C1 level

  • Extensive experience in running end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the business, mainly senior tech leaders

  • Experience in working directly with Hiring Managers

  • Open and flexible approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs

  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment

Optional

  • Knowledge of IT market, familiarity with technology products and trends
