CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Consults with the Hiring Manager on the role requirements and sector/market talent supply considerations that may impact delivery
  • Develops comprehensive, innovative sourcing strategies including passive candidate outreach channels, recruitment marketing plans, and talent pool mining
  • Use screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool
  • Taking pary in on- boarding proces in Łodż

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement;
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • Fluent English
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience, with sourcing expertise in either an in-house, RPO or agency role
