Your responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Partner with other TA members and the client to deliver, understand, qualify and prioritize current demand
- Identify and implement innovative ways to source candidates
- Continuously maintain an attractive network/pipeline of potential candidates
- Develop relationships with our clients and candidates through excellent interpersonal skills.
Our requirements
- Experience in sourcing
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Ability to analyze and evaluate job descriptions and data needed to determine courses of action
- Ability to build sourcing strategies and use various methods of the Internet and social media research.
