At the McKinsey EMEA Shared Service Center in Poznań we remotely support colleagues from other parts of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in areas such as Finance and Reporting, Human Resources, Visual Communication, Business Operations, and Assistant Services.

Tasks:

  • Plan and organize recruiting events as well as prepare event materials
  • Contact with candidates
  • Maintenance of relevant databases and recruiting inbox
  • Support CV screening process
  • Working closely with the whole recruiting team and hiring managers
  • Help in shaping recruiting best practices and procedures across our team globally

Profile:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or related field
  • Preferably 1 year of administrative experience
  • Very good verbal and written language skills in English
  • Solid problem solving skills and practical judgment
  • Distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to tailor messages over the phone or via email
