Your responsibilities
You will play an active part in the creation and implementation of our recruiting strategy for our Client Capabilities Network (CCN).
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal hiring stakeholders and Recruiters, mainly with those based in Wroclaw.
You will assist in full- cycle recruitment projects by providing administrative, logistics and candidate’s care tasks. Additionally, you will support application screening process and management of relevant department data and systems, including candidate tracking database.
You will actively help in employer branding activities connected with social media presence and event organization.
This is a full-time, up to 12-month employment opportunity. We could also consider students, with availability of around 30 hours weekly.
Our requirements
University degree or students from final years
Excellent English language skills (oral and written - C1 minimum)
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and function independently
Attention to detail, methodical and organized
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

You will be based in our Wroclaw office working alongside our CCN recruiting team and clients and will be part of our Wider European Recruiting community. You will support the CCN recruiting team in all administrative facets of recruiting from resume processing to event organization and work closely with an experienced professional recruiter who specializes in our CCN profiles on the full recruitment cycle which includes attraction, selection and offer.
