Who you will work with:

You will be based in our Wroclaw Knowledge Center in Poland and will be part of the local and global recruiting team. 

What you will do:

You will own the logistics for all candidates in the pipeline, including scheduling interviews, ensuring appropriate internal interview preparation, and scheduling decision calls.
 
In this role you will be a collaborative participant of the recruiting team. You will establish effective working relationships with all recruiters to ensure cohesion, as well as participate in team calls and meetings.
 

You will manage additional projects as needed. You will manage the entry of candidate data into the applicant tracking system (ATS) and will provide team members with in-person event support (e.g., attend and assist with a batch day) as needed.

 

Please note this collaboration is based on the external contract basis for 1 year with possibility of extension. 

Qualifications:

  • Interest in HR / recruitment 
  • Outstanding organizational skills, ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and look beyond own responsibilities to help team members with urgent deadlines as needed
  • Performs all tasks with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to work in an international environment
  • Strong multi-tasking ability
  • Professional attitude and superb team player' skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
